This page shows a sample Menu of Care Template.  When you create your own template you will be able to set your own values for all the variables, and these will be saved in our secure database.  When you create a new menu of care for one of your residents, these values will be used to calculate the full costs of providing the care required, and the menu of care will be saved in our database for future reference.  Naturally, you will be able to amend any of the values stored in your template or your Menus of Care at any time.  This gives you full control over the way your costs are calculated.

• If the user is incontinent of urine, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user is incontinent of faeces, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user is incontinent of both, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires incontinence pads, we will add £ for each pad used.
• If the user is catheterised, we will add care-minutes for emptying the user's bag times per day for 7 days, plus nursing-minutes for maintaining the user's catheter = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires the assistance of one carer to mobilise, we will add care-minutes for each of moves per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires the assistance of two carers to mobilise, we will add care-minutes for each of moves per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires the assistance of two carers and a hoist to mobilise, we will add care-minutes for each of moves per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires minor assistance to dress and undress, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires full assistance to dress and undress, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires minor assistance to wash, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires minor assistance to bathe or shower, we will add care-minutes times per week = £0.00 per week.
• If the user requires full assistance to wash, we will add care-minutes times per day for 7 days = £0.00 per week.
